Would you like to participate in a study into mental health and wellbeing in private medical and dental practice?
A project led by Affinity Health at Work funded by the MPS Foundation is launching its study into this very important area.
Medical and dental professionals are at high risk of work-related stress, burnout and mental health problems with almost one in two considering leaving their profession for reasons of personal wellbeing. The need to support and protect their wellbeing has therefore never been greater.
New knowledge about the work experiences of medical and dental professionals working in the private sector is needed to develop interventions and resources that are more likely to deliver sustained benefits in managing work-related risks to health and wellbeing in these environments.
If you are a dental or medical professional working in private practice and you would like to share your experience in an interview or survey, or you would like to be kept up to date with project progress, click here, we would love to hear from you.
