The MPS Foundation, a leading not-for-profit research initiative dedicated to advancing patient safety and healthcare professional wellbeing, is excited to announce the opening of its 2025 research grant application cycle. As part of MPS who have a legacy of over 130 years of expertise as the world’s leading member-owned, not-for-profit protection organisation for healthcare professionals, the MPS Foundation continues to support innovative research projects that have the potential to transform the future of healthcare.

  • The impact of human factors on patient safety, outcomes, and risk
  • The personal and professional wellbeing of healthcare professionals and teams

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching and learning innovations

"We are committed to fostering research that not only advances patient safety but also enhances the wellbeing of healthcare professionals," said Adrian Jackson, Head of The MPS Foundation. "Our goal is to support projects that can make a real difference in the healthcare industry and improve outcomes for patients and professionals alike."
